REQUEST SERVICES. Send the property address, number of exterior locks, preferred service date, and the name of the authorized contact who should receive the lockbox combination.

CONFIRM SCOPE, ACCESS & QUOTE. We confirm which locks need to be rekeyed, whether the doors should use one key, how we will access the property, and whether you need more than one lockbox.

REKEY AND TEST THE LOCKS. A mobile locksmith completes the approved work on-site. The previous keys will no longer work in the cylinders that were rekeyed.

SET UP THE LOCKBOX. We place one new working key in the property’s combination lockbox. Additional boxes can be added for separate entrances, units, or access needs.

SEND THE COMBINATION. The combination is provided to the designated authorized contact. We test the rekeyed locks and the new key before the job is closed.

At 8:30 PM on a Tuesday my wife and kids were locked out of the car. I called the first ad on Google and got a foreign call center that wanted my date of birth.
